...had to go to Boston recently and I'm already thinking of when I can go back to Newberry Street (the trip wasn't for vacation so I'm anxious to go back and spend more time there)

...the charming brownstone designer shops and restaurants,
super cute...
gotta love gnomes! (reminds me of Amelie)

Also, I had the priviledge of going to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. It was the most eclectic, special museum. I loved the mix of art, decor and of course the atrium garden that is in the middle of the house (that doubles as the museum) that Isabella displayed her prized art collection. From any floor in the house you can see the garden. It's gorgeous!!! In the 90's there was an invaluable, priceless painting by Vermeer stolen plus 2 Rembrandt's. I think after that happened it put this little treasure on the map. If you're even in Boston, you must visit this museum!

Love your signature, too!

Boston is so awesome. I went there a long time ago - on a spur of the moment weekend road trip in October when I was 17 (dunno what my parents were thinking). I bought a dress for a winter formal there at some boutique on Newberry St. and I thought I was so great. Looking back - I should have ditched the dance and spent all my money on clothes I could wear more than once.
