look at what simmered in my pot all day today...
here's the recipe...
2-15 1/2 oz cans dark red kidney beans, drained
4-14 1/2 oz cans tomatoes, sliced
2 lbs. ground chuck, browned & drained
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. chili powder
1 tea. pepper
1/2 tea. cumin
Salt to taste
1 Bay Leaf
Put all ingredients together in crock pot, stir, cover and cook on low for 10 hours. (you really don't have to simmer it that long...I still eat it after about 2 or 3 hours.) It's so yummie!!!
